JD Bespoke ("we", "us", "our") is a free-to-play entertainment platform operated by JDBESPOKEFLOORS LTD, registered at 118 Churchfield, Harlow CM20 3DF, United Kingdom. This policy explains what information we handle when you visit jdbespokefloors-games.com, why we handle it, and the choices you have. We have tried to write it the way we build our games: plainly and without small print tricks.

Who is the data controller

JDBESPOKEFLOORS LTD is the data controller for any personal data processed through this website. That means we decide why and how the small amount of information described below is used, and we are the ones responsible to you — and to the UK regulator — for treating it properly. Server logs are rotated and deleted within 90 days. Contact correspondence is kept for up to 24 months so we can refer back to earlier conversations, then deleted. Preference cookies expire according to the schedule in our Cookie Policy. We do not keep "just in case" archives: when a retention period ends, the data is gone.

How we protect it

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), server access is restricted to the small number of people who maintain the platform, and logs live on infrastructure with industry-standard physical and technical protections. No website can honestly promise perfect security, but we can promise the attack surface here is tiny — there is simply very little to steal.

Your rights

Under UK data-protection law you have the right to:

Automated decision-making

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling of any kind. No algorithm on this site makes decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you — the closest thing we have to an algorithm with opinions is Chester, the chat mascot, and his opinions are limited to which game you might enjoy next.

Third parties

Demo games embedded on our site are served by their respective providers, who may set their own cookies inside the game frame; their privacy policies apply within that frame. Links to support organisations such as GamCare and BeGambleAware lead to independent websites we do not control, and this policy stops where those sites begin. We encourage you to read the privacy notices of any external site you visit.

Children

The platform is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has contacted us, let us know and we will delete the correspondence promptly.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be announced on the home page before they take effect, and where a change would rely on new consent, we will ask for it rather than assume it.
