Welcome to JD Bespoke. These terms form an agreement between you and JDBESPOKEFLOORS LTD (118 Churchfield, Harlow CM20 3DF, United Kingdom) and apply whenever you use jdbespokefloors-games.com. By staying in the lounge you accept them; if you disagree with any part, please simply close the page.

Definitions

A few words carry specific meanings throughout these terms. "The platform" or "the service" means the website jdbespokefloors-games.com and everything published on it. "Games" means the browser-based demonstration titles playable on the platform, whether built by us or embedded from third-party providers. "Virtual coins" or "virtual credits" means the play tokens used inside games, which have no monetary value. "You" means any visitor using the platform.

For the avoidance of doubt: any attempt to sell, auction or trade virtual coins or game outcomes — on this platform or anywhere else — is both impossible and prohibited, and any such "offer" you might see elsewhere is not from us and should be treated as a scam.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
• Do not use the site in any unlawful way or present it to others as an opportunity to win money.
• Do not scrape, copy or republish our games, artwork or text without written permission.
• Do not use automated tools, bots or scripts to interact with the games or the chat.
• Do not upload or submit anything unlawful, abusive or offensive through the contact form or chat.
• Do not impersonate the platform, its team or its mascot in any context.

We may suspend or restrict access to the platform for any visitor who breaches these rules. Given that no accounts exist, this usually means technical measures rather than anything personal — but the rules matter all the same.

Intellectual property

All games, graphics, text, logos and the distinctive look of the lounge are owned by JDBESPOKEFLOORS LTD or its licensors and are protected by copyright and related rights. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to enjoy them in your browser — and nothing more. This licence does not permit commercial use, redistribution, modification or the creation of derivative works. Third-party game titles, artwork and trade marks that appear inside embedded demos belong to their respective owners.

Feedback

We genuinely welcome ideas, bug reports and suggestions — they shape what we build next. By sending feedback you grant us permission to use it without restriction or payment; in return we promise to read it, which in our experience is rarer than it should be. Feedback does not create any confidentiality obligation on our part.

Third-party demo content

Some demonstration games are embedded from third-party providers. They are shown for entertainment only, are governed by their providers' own terms within the frame, and their availability may change without notice. We do not operate those games, we do not control their content, and an embedded title's presence on our site is not an endorsement of anything beyond our belief that it is fun to play.

Links to other websites

Availability and changes

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep it polished, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors or fitness for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JDBESPOKEFLOORS LTD accepts no liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of a free entertainment website. Severability and waiver

If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a court, the rest continues in full force — the faulty plank is replaced, the floor stays down. If we do not enforce a provision on one occasion, that is patience, not a waiver: we may still enforce it later.

Entire agreement

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the platform, and they replace any earlier understanding. Neither of us relies on any statement not written here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Questions are always welcome first at support@jdbespokefloors-games.com — in several years of running quiet, free entertainment we have yet to meet a disagreement that a plain email could not settle.
